Our organization has an effective leak testing facility and each product is tested for leakage before shipping. The standard method of testing is charging the coil and heat exchanger with dry nitrogen at a minimum of 600 PSIG and placing the coil under water. This process helps in dehydrating the coil. Further more depending on the strength of the products material, higher test pressure can be applied. The cooling coils and condenser can be charged with dry nitrogen at 150 PSIG.
A higher degree of non-destructive examinations can provided for Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger, Oil Cooler, Intercooler, After Cooler, when the severity of the application warrants it.

Moreover, our nominated service providers execute these services efficiently. In addition to these, other leak test methods are also offered such as hydrostatic and vacuum drop tests.
