Our company has state-of-the-art manufacturing unit that has all the required machines and tools to manufacture the products in an advanced manner. This unit is operated by our experienced professionals who ensure the production process runs in an effective manner. We upgrade our machines at regular intervals to ensure the quality of the products increases.

In addition to these, we have Tube machines, which handle 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 7/8" and 1" OD tube sizes. The tubes are straightened and cut to the proper length by this equipment. Furthermore, the tubes are then formed into the shape of a hairpin at one end of the coil by eliminating the need for return bends and the associated brazed or welded joints.

We are constantly upgrading our facilities and adding new equipment to our production unit. Owing to such kind of well developed facilities, we are able to deliver quality range of products.

We conduct various research activities on the basis of the following parameters:

• Raw material used
• Technology applied
• Manufacturing process undertaken

Owing to such kind of extensive research activities we are able to develop better quality product and sustain in this competitive scenario.

The welding works which we perform includes the following:

• Providing GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding), SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) stick welding, electric welding.
• Inspection of welds for complete penetration, full fusion, porosity, and cracks by our quality control unit
• Third party examinations of weld joints, including radiography, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrate examinations can be arranged

Our organization has capacious warehouses that enable us to store the heat transfer products in bulk quantity. We have segregated our warehouse into various sections that enables us to arrange our products in an orderly manner. All the activities in our warehouse are managed by experienced supervisors.

We give prime importance to the packaging of our products and better quality packaging material is used for this purpose. These packaging works are performed by our expert workers. Moreover, special coil handling, marking and packaging can also be provided as per client’s requirement.

The various procedures followed to pack our range of products are listed below:

• To keep out dust and dirt all coil, heat exchanger openings are covered or plastic capped
• To prevent from corrosion, an optional water soluble or oil-based protective coating is provided to our coil material, before being shrink-wrapped
• We shrink wrap each coil before packaging, depending upon their size and destination
• For additional protection air packs and foam can be provided
• Larger size coils and heat exchanger are packed in custom built wooden boxes before shipping

• Attaching additional client supplied parts to the coil
• Using special markings or labels
• Coordinating shipment by a special carrier

The final assembled product is carefully handled and packed for shipping. All coil, Heat Exchanger openings are covered or plastic capped to keep out dust and dirt. Coil materials susceptible to quick corrosion may receive an optional water soluble or oil based protective coating before being be shrink wrapped.

Wood shipping crates are custom built for the coil and Heat Exchanger. These guarantees proper support and secure protection so that the product arrives safely at the customer's dock. Air packs and foam can be provided for additional protection.

As a service to our customers, we can provide special coil handling, marking, and packaging. This may include attaching additional customer supplied parts to the coil, using special labels or markings or coordinating shipment by a special carrier.
