In order to manufacture our range of heat transfer products, we use better quality raw material such as Copper, Aluminum, SS, MS, CS, Cupronickel and Brass. The raw materials used in our coils are high quality, and tubes and pipes are mill certified and meet ASTM/ ASME standards. Starting from the procurement of raw material till the packaging of products, every stage of production passes through stringent quality checks in our well developed quality control unit.
Our technical team maintains close coordination with the clients to understand how the products will be applied. During the assembly and testing they create designs and designate inspections at critical points. The technical staff is directly involved and available to solve any client queries during the manufacturing process. As each product is assembled the shop personnel examines all components, tubes, fins, brazing, welding, and testing. Our quality controllers use latest equipment to check the quality of our products and these are tested at 300 to 600 PSIG with dry Nitrogen. The products are reviewed and checked at all key stages by our in house inspectors to ensure that special instructions are followed. Once the unit is completely assembled it receives a final inspection.

Each product is leak-tested just before shipping. Our standard method of testing is charging the coil, Heat exchanger with dry nitrogen at a minimum of 600 PSIG and placing the coil under water. The dry nitrogen helps to dehydrate the coil. Higher test pressure can be used depending on the strength of the products materials. In cooling coils and condenser 150 PSIG
For Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger, Oil cooler, intercooler, after cooler OMEEL Coils can provide a higher degree of non-destructive examinations when the severity of the application warrants it. They include radiographic, ultrasonic, and liquid penetrate testing. These services are performed by our nominated service providers.
